Shipping & Delivery
Orders are delivered across Jordan within approximately 48 hours after confirmation.
Delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, remote locations, or circumstances beyond our control.
KIDLY POP shall not be responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to the store’s Return & Refund Policy.
Products that are assembled, used, damaged due to misuse, or accepted without immediate reporting of issues are not eligible for return or exchange.
