Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are kindly requested to inspect their order immediately upon delivery and before the courier leaves.

By accepting the order, the customer confirms that the product has been received in good condition unless an issue is reported immediately during delivery.

We strongly recommend checking the package carefully to ensure that:
• The correct product has been delivered
• The item is free from visible damage or breakage
• No pieces or essential parts are missing

Eligible Return or Exchange Cases

Customers may request a return or exchange only in the following situations:

• The product arrives damaged or broken upon delivery
• The product contains missing parts or pieces
• The customer receives a wrong item different from the original order

In such cases, customers must report the issue immediately at the time of delivery.

Return & Exchange Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The product must be inspected before accepting the order from the courier
• Any issue must be reported immediately upon delivery
• Products may only be opened for inspection purposes before final acceptance
• Products that have been assembled, partially assembled, used, or altered by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange
• Change of mind after opening or using the product does not qualify for return or refund

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, quality control, and product integrity reasons, the following situations are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or assembled products
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Requests submitted after accepting the order without immediate reporting

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

Once the customer accepts the order from the courier without reporting an issue, responsibility for the product condition transfers to the customer.
